Qualifications Required
Requires a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Experience in higher education, admissions, marketing, or recruitment is highly preferred.

General Summary
CCC is seeking a dynamic individual for the Hastings Campus Admissions Director. Candidates need to be engaging, confident, and have a friendly presence when working with potential students in-person, online, and over the phone. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the functions of the student recruitment and admissions processes. Supervisory/management experience is required. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. A strong ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and achieve departmental objectives is necessary. Technological skills and database proficiency is required. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
