Operations ManagerCenter for Healthy Aging at Colorado State University
The Center for Healthy Aging at Colorado State University is a new center and has an opening for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for a broad range of operations support to the Center including financial, research and daily operations management. Primary duties include financial and administrative management. This position will provide financial advising and guidance for the Center and will coordinate all financial policies and procedures to insure that proper financial/accounting rules are implemented. This position will also assist in deployment of key programs and administrative operations to further improve efficiencies and provide informational support to the Center Director. This position will work closely with the Director and will be a direct report.
• Analyze account data for all fund types incorporating historical data, current activities and anticipated activities to assist with budget forecasting. Develop plans for teaching and self-funded activities based on forecasting to meet objectives of the Center and to allocate budgets accordingly.
• Reconcile and retain records for accounts of all fund types within the department to ensure that reconciliation and proper record retention is taking place to ensure accuracy and propriety and to prepare for financial audits.
