Plan intrnl & extrnl resrces reqd for dvpmt prjcts. Respnd to RFPs by estblshng site plans & floor plans, proposed specs, constrctn budgts & scheds. Mnge all permttng, constrctn & rltd aspcts
of constrctn prcess for land, bldngs, acquistns, captl expnse
imprvemts, & tenant imprvemts. Coord all site entitlemt & bldng due dilgnce incl envrmntl site assessmts, hydrlgy, boundry
survys, easemts, geotchncl evalns, plattng, & permttng. Dvlp site plans, dvpmt budgt & invstmt memrnda for presntatn to invstmnt cmte. Rvw all constrctn plans for accracy, cmplnce & potential value engg. Dvlp, tender & mnge bid pckges for var constrctn prjcts rangng $250k to $75mn in total dvpmt costs. Drft cntrct terms & mnge cntrctng prcess for Engnrs, Archtcts
& Gen Cntrctrs. Srve as intgrl part of regionl mgmt team for
day-to-day & long-rnge stratgic decisn-makng & planng. Reqs Bach in Civil Engg, Archtctre or Busnss Mngmt +7yrs exp in
offrd pos or as Prjct Mnger, Prjct Directr or Prjct Exec for genrl contrctng/cnstrctn mngmt firm. 4yrs of reqd exp mustve incld leadng team of at least 15 constrctn prfssnls (incl Prjct Mgrs,
Suprintndnts & Prjct Engnrs) thru entire constrctn & dvpmt prcess (incl pre-constrctn phase which includes estmatng, schedulng, permittng & planng w/ var stkehldrs) for prjcts totalng over $200mn in cntrcts; dvlpng prjct excutn plans & stratgies that alignd w/ busnss targts & objctves; cndctng mnthly rvws of all prjcts to ensre prjct teams were on sched & budgt & excutng prjcts accrdng to stratgy dvlpd; mentorng projct mgrs, prjct engnrs & prjct admin staff; ovrseeng prjcts invlvng indstrial (logistcs) & cold storage; & ovrseeng busnss dvpmt incl dvlpng relatnshps w/ clnts, archtcts, engnrs, &
local jursdctns. Apprx. 10% domestc travel reqd.
