Senior Management Associate, Investment Engine Department (Multiple Openings) (Westport, CT) for Bridgewater Associates, LP: Ensure & enable excellent mgmt throughout the Investment Department by working directly with the firm's leadership team, include the Department Heads, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer & other senior leaders to design, execute & manage departments key strategic & management processes & workflows.

Requires Master's in Management, Business Administration or a related field with majors in Finance, Economics or related field & 3 years of experience in general management, finance/banking or business development. Experience specified must include: 3 years in managing multiple strategic projects, & delivering synthesized results to senior-level stakeholders; & engaging directly & strategically communicating with senior level stakeholders (Board, CEO-, CFO-, or CIO-level); 2 years experience leading teams of at least 3 management professionals; 2 years experience with the design & implementation of business processes & supporting technologies, include the creation & implementation of key performance indicators; & 5 years experience with excel modeling skills for business decision making include optimization & simulations of financials & workflow.
