Rizing Geospatial, LLC in Stamford, CT seeks Senior GIS Analyst to perform geospatial data tasks to support the overall efforts of the Positive Train Control system and NS corporate Enterprise GIS initiative. Assist with data attribution activate on planned Engineering Department infrastructure & asset management applications driven by geospatial data. Position requires a minimum of Master's degree in GIS, Computer Science or a related field + 3 years of relevant experience. Alternative, employee will accept a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science or a related field + 5 years of relevant experience. Experience must include at least 3 years with with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, Microsoft Excel and Access, C#/.Net Programming with Visual Studio, ArcObjects, & SQL queries on spatial databases required. Understanding of database fundamentals & Object-Oriented design principles required.
