Manager CQP Governance, Pitney Bowes, Shelton, CT. Lead work of technical staff to support 30,000 quotes/month. Oversee CPQ project management, change requests and enhancements. Administer development of sales dashboards using Cognos and Power BI analytical tools. Help implement new sales processes and strategies through CPQ quoting tool and to streamline sales processes, including decisions on global standardization, enhancements, and process optimizations. Analyze and coordinate schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budget for CPQ Governance. At least bachelor's or equivalent in IS, IT, Business, Security Analysis or closely related & at least 3 years work experience as Project/Business/Sales Operation Analyst with analytical sales information technology processes & tools. At least 3 years experience with process improvement using lean 6-sigma principles; IBM Sterling CPQ implement includes administer. functionalities; managing full-life cycle implementation of Opportunity-to-Order solutions, including ownership of technology solution; working with internal & external stakeholders to deliver process efficiencies & increase process harmonization; working with cross-platform technology teams in an Agile environment, executing sprint deploys & manage production backlog. At least 2 years experience with managing project using MS Project/Smartsheet tools; & build sales dashboards using PowerBI & Cognos analytical tools & present trends/insights to senior leadership.
