Northeast Medical Group Inc. seeks Nighttime Hospitalists to work at Yale-New Haven Hospital's locations in New Haven, CT. Nighttime Hospitalists will provide comprehensive medical care to inpatients through admissions, cross coverage and discharge; contact patients Primary Care physician about in-hospital / follow-up care; provide Primary Care physician hospital diagnosis; and new prescriptions / treatment. Will cover evenings, weekends and assume Attending Physician role during occasional weekend day shifts. Candidates must have a valid CT physician license prior to employment commencing; M.D. degree or certified foreign equivalent degree; completion of Internal Medicine residency program; and BE/BC in Internal Medicine.
