Commercial Real Estate Analyst-Associate wanted by Silver Heights Development in Norwalk, CT. Coord underwriting, closing, & monitoring of commercial real estate loans; manage pre-& post-closing, diligence, valuations, draft credit memos & term sheets; oversee project progress, construction budget, inspections, manage funding requests, communicate capital availability; review construction plans & timelines. Reqs: Master's deg in Real Estate Dvlpmt or Real Estate Finance. Reqs 1 yr exp in job offered or as Dvlpmt Analyst w/ (may be gained concurrently): Pre-construction fin'l analysis of commercial real estate dvlpmt projects; Approve fin'l disbursements throughout commercial real estate construction projects; Fin'l & architectural analysis of building & site plans for commercial real estate dvlpmt projects; Dsgng & modifying structures, floorplans, & facades using AUTOCAD; 3-D modeling of commercial dvlpmt projects using SKETCH-UP; Commercial dvlpmt mgmt using REVIT.
