Principal Business Analyst with Boehringer Ingelheim USA Corp in Ridgefield, CT. Capture detailed tracking requirements for digital experiences, translate them into computer-based tracking solutions, and then work with development resources and business users to implement, test and validate tracking.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: software development life cycle methodology; utilizing knowledge of data exploration, visualization, and interpretation to promote data driven decision-making; enterprise level information system design and management; translating business requirements into technical specifications using effective system design principles; presenting complex information in easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insights; performing root cause analysis for issues within software application; and relationship management with external stakeholders such as consultants, developers, analysts, and clients (internal and external). Must have two (2) years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Python, SQL, Tableau or Adobe Analytics.
