Position responsibilities:
Responsible for fielding customer phone calls, faxes and e-mails
Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints
Receives telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers or representatives
Manage incoming purchase orders from customers
Receiving Payment.
