Human Resources Administrator
Benton REA is accepting applications for one full-time Human Resources Administrator position. Responsibilities include developing and administering all human resources (HR) related processes, policies, procedures, and functions, which includes but is not limited to the administration of all benefits, recruiting, insurances, pension plans, wage & salary plans, safety rules, and compliance with all employment-related laws, regulations, and requirements. The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or an appropriate bachelor's degree in another field with at least one year of HR related experience. Graduation from an accredited school, college, or university of law, is preferred. Certification as a Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is also required.
