- Creating/calculating cost figures related to the sensitive information of collective bargaining agreements.
- Working with financial information of all units during negotiation processes in order to prepare scatter grams, cost-impact analyses and identify the financial impact of items like payroll, benefits, and salary changes.
- Maintaining financial information related to the processing and/or evaluation of grievances related to fiscal matters (e.g.: Benefits, etc.)
- CSI experience preferred.
Under the direct supervision of the School Business Administrator, the Confidential Payroll Coordinator will provide a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the School Business Administrator and Superintendent. Will prepare and perform the bi-weekly payroll; prepare the quarterly and annual payroll earnings (W2’s); and investigate and resolve complex payroll or tax issues. S/he will focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. S/he will work collaboratively with the School Business Administrator, Assistant School Business Administrator, Confidential Secretary for Human Resources and all the employees in the district. This position handles confidential information with regard to employees and their families pursuant to federal and HIPAA accountability standards.
