General Labor
• Metal assembly functions: riveting, drilling, grinding, shearing
• Sand and deburr metal parts
• Utilize parts washer to clean & dry small tubular assemblies
• Material handling
Welder
• Use of tig welding machines
• Use of belt sanders, grinders, power saws & various hand tools
• Utilize inspection tools: calipers, height gauges etc
• Execute detailed work instructions
• Accredited welding course or 5-10 years high level tig welding experience required
Repair Fabricator
• Read engineering blueprints
• Familiarity with tube bending calculations/definitions
(LRA, YBC, XYZ)
• Knowledge of inspection equipment (calipers, mylars, digital protractors)
