deliverables & estimates. Rep
Austin in meetings w/ owners & design consultants. Dev MEP subcontractor RFPs,
thoroughly analyze responses, & aid in interviews. Lead the transition from preconstruction to construction. Reqs Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng, Electrical Eng, Construction Sci or a
related field, + 5 yrs of exp in MEP systs & estimating, incl competitive bid & negotiated work as well as conceptual estimating; building designs, specialized MEP systems, & construction materials;
identification of cost savings/
value engineering ideas; & utilizing estimating & quantity take-off software, such as Onscreen Takeoff, Excel, & Accubid. 10% domestic
