To ensure proper alloc of
materials & resources. Hold progress, planning, & safety meetings. Review subcontractor bids. Distribute proposed changes for pricing. Sched & coord all resources. Dev master construction sched. Doc construction problems. Read & interpret Owner's drawings & specs. Ensure company & safety/
preventative maintenance policies are implemented. Reqs a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field, with 3 yrs of heavy civil
construction exp. Exp must
include construction mgmt, alternative delivery, quantity estimation, design review, construction scheduling &
sequencing, material
procurement, enterprise risk mgmt, contract negotiation, company representation to owner/client, subcontractor mgmt, labor & equipment productivity analysis, resource analysis, & cost reporting.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field, with 5 yrs of exp in the above listed areas. Domestic travel reqd 10%. Send
