The Summit County Assessor's Office is seeking a qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant position. Duties include, but are not limited to processing and balancing all accounts receivable and payable and purchase card expenditures; arranging staff education; assisting with annual budget; assisting in the preparation of the Certification of Valuation and the Abstract of Assessment; communicating and interacting with the public in person, via email, and on the phone to respond to their inquiries; and providing a broad range of clerical support as needed.
Strong computer skills, effective interpersonal communication skills together with excellent organization and attention to detail required. The ability to multi-task and work independently is
required. Individual must be self-directed, highly organized, flexible, team-oriented and have the ability to manage information and data in a strictly confidential manner.
$20.37-$22.41/hour DOQ
