Job Description:

Technical Analyst positions offered by Arrow Electronics Inc. (Centennial, CO).  Analyze, design, develop, implement and support IT solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications. Development includes coding, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting new and existing applications and systems. Follow technical specifications, development standards, and guidelines. Create technical specifications and design solutions.  Interface with business partners and users to develop project requirements and solutions. Workday Specific Experience: Serve as subject matter expert to optimize Arrow’s global usage of existing HR technology solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience  working with security management tools used to integrate Workday into 3rd party systems. Also requires 2 years of experience: building software integrations in SaaS environment; deploying new integrations from Workday to other non HR systems including moving between implementation and operational support tasks, providing operational support, and troubleshooting integrations issues; analyzing root cause of issues for resolution; and working on Technical Cross Functional Projects. In lieu of a master’s degree and 2 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated. Requires 1 year of experience: working with Web Services, Soap, REST, XMLS, XSLT, and JavaScript; applying Software Development Lifecycle methodologies to full lifecycle including discovery, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post production support in agile or related software development lifecycles; working on all phases of HR software development projects; implementing Human Capital Management; implementing Case Management or Payroll Systems, including using the following Workday tools: Studio, EIBs, Workday Reporting, Workday Core Connectors, and Calculated Fields; analyzing HR technical data and integrating it with SaaS providers, benefit vendors or payroll vendors; and taking high level business requests and developing requirements from conversations with stakeholders and vendors and providing overall solution that meets stakeholder needs. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
