The Arc of Union County, Inc. is a non-profit, 501c(3). Position reports directly to Executive Director. Responsible for both Agency & School finance, payroll, audits, financial compliance, procurement; management of finance administration staff. Financial, management and leadership skills required. Ability to develop key financial analysis, budgets, reports and cash flow forecasts in a Fee for Service business. Master's in finance or accounting and minimum 7 + years of experience as a senior manager in Finance. CPA required, financial experience in an IDD non-profit setting. School Business Admistration certificate a plus, equivalent school financial management experience. Strong written, oral communication & presentation skills.
