The Arc of Spokane is in search of our next great Manager! The Arc of Spokane is the leading non-profit organization providing services to people with intellectual disabilities and their families. The Office Manager supervises two staff and ensures high quality reception and office support services for the organization. Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, the Board, and agency directors. Manages office equipment contracts, maintains central files, maintains petty cash, provides administrative support to the Executive Director with scheduling/calendars, filing/copying, meeting agendas and minutes, reports/data entry; assists with support to the Board of Directors, and agency management for designated programs. The successful candidate will have an affinity for The Arc's mission, vision and values; have demonstrated successful experience supervising a team of employees; be proficient in the use of MS Office programs; have impeccable organizational, prioritization, judgment, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. You have initiative, flexibility, are able to maintain confidentiality, and work with all levels of internal management, staff and with both internal and external clients and partners.

Requirements: Proficient in providing organizational and executive administrative support as demonstrated by appropriate experience and education. Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Must pass required background check with renewal at least every three years. Attend and keep current required basic certifications and other relevant trainings. Personal transportation for work-related use and valid driver's license with proof of liability insurance may be required on an occasional basis. Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, some evening meetings. Compensation $34,320-$39,478 annually depends on experience. Includes vacation, sick, and personal leave; medical, dental, life, and retirement once eligibility criteria has been met.
