Foundation Housing Manager
The Alexandria Technical & Community College Foundation seeks a full-time housing manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, accounting, facilities management, leasing, and overseeing cleaning staff, resident assistants, and residents. Requires a minimum of a 2-year degree in business or related field, relevant work experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Must work well under pressure, have excellent organization and communication skills. This is not a college/state position.
