Position Type: Full-Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. 
  • Supports the Expatriate, Domestic Relocation and Immigration programs.
  • Prepares and reviews balance sheet calculations.
  • Meets with employees to conduct assignment briefings.
  • Ensures that assignment related costs are properly processed in payroll and cross-charged accurately.
  • Analyzes current processes and identifies opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Works with outsider providers and monitors the progress of the assignees’ immigration status.
  • Manages vendor partners including overseeing the employee survey feedback process.
  • Establishes program metrics and develops reporting for senior management.
  • Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
  • Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Global Mobility Programs.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
