Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness
Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness for Loveland, CO ag supplier to implement people development, leadership & perform management initiatives. Requires Bachelor's in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Geography or related field & 6 years progressive post-Bachelor's experience in HR, perform management and/or training & development-related position(s): maintaining & utilizing talent management system for report generation, evaluation of perform analytics, & online course development, deployment & registration; developing & maintaining tools to measure development & training initiative impact & effectiveness at all levels of co; collaborating with business leadership to design, develop & execute corp training programs to support business growth strategies; utilizing perform analytics to evaluate trends & status of talent development & return on investment; collecting, maintaining & reporting on ee perform & training data using learning management system; delevering corp training programs in classroom, virtual & on-the-job formats related to ag sales, leadership, negotiations, employee experience & culture, perform management, & communications; evaluating external training products & making recomms to business leadership re use & integration of the same; evaluating people dev prgmming & dev'ing curriculum & strategies to address gaps; implementing glbl learning content mgmt strategy within & across multintl integrated agribusiness to manage people development, learning & training assets in mult countries and/or business regions; developing & implementing global organizational culture alignment strategies; leading staff and/or consultants; acting as part of a centralized COE for a multintl integrated agribusiness to support manufacturig, agricultural retail, & corp operations. Must also have completed certificate in Adult Education. Up to 20% U.S. travel & 1 international trip per year required.
