Administrative Assistant

Local CPA firm is seeking a career oriented individual to assist the firm administrator with performing a wide variety of administrative tasks, provide client project management and support to a professional staff of fifteen. The ideal candidate should be a professional individual with exceptional communication skills and have a minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Must be attentive to detail and enjoy working with people. Must be knowledgeable and have experience using Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Pro and QuickBooks. This is a full-time position with competitive fringe benefits. Must be able to work overtime January to April.
